Acer Predator G9 791 Freeze with Black Screen

Hi there guys , i have a strange problem with my new laptop.

I played WoW when the keyboard stops working , i close the game click start -> restart  after that on the screen appear "restarting" and then the screen became black the keyboard backlid is illuminated , all the fans are working silent in idle mode maybe and there is nothing i can do to restart at the moment!!

I try to press and hold Power button , Ctrl+Alt+Del , normally i will try to remove battery but this with this model this can not be done.

If i try to plugin mouse in the usb the mouse is not powering up.

 

My laptop SN is :NXQ02EX031***

 

Is there any keyboard shortuct or something else that can simulate battery off so i can restart or is there any idea for what to do now since i can not go in the store for warranty because i am on trip at the moment.

If you are used to go around with computer hardware, open the storage area and remove discs and try to start.

 

This is the fasted way to get more info about the error. Sometimes I could solve such sutiation by powwering on, not waiting and immedeately pressing the power button again to switch off and hold it then for at least 30 seconds.
