Acer AX3475 EF328 NOT BOOTING

My Acer AX3475 EF328 is not booting right now.

When I press power, It beeps 2 short times and does not load past the Acer screen.

I tried taking one ram stick out, switch them around it had the same problem. When I took both sticks out it it continously beeped.

Taking out the HDD makes no differnce either,

Taking out the CMOS battery, the fan goes to 100% and the computer does not load any screen.

Side note, It had a booting problem a while ago, it would beep but not load past Acer screen.

I took the CMOS battery out for a while and then put it back in, it booted fine, but its not working now.

I don't know too much about computers, please hep me Smiley Sad
