    Try to reset the system.

    @Cane have you installed both the chipset driver and the serial driver? Does Device Manager complain about anything?

    Sorry for late reply.

    @Easwar still the same, nothings happen..

    @billsey what do you mean? in device manager i only have 1 problem and its pci/device controller is this might the problem?

    @Cane Don't bother on my comment, I already figured it out. I just need to boot on Bios and change the touchpad setting from advance to basic
