Z530 smart phone camera problem

Hello, I have an Acer Z530 smart phone and since a few days it does not make sharp pictures anymore. I notice that the auto focus is locked. I checked already the online manual, all camera options and settings! How can I unlock the auto focus in order to make the camera work properly again! Thanks in advance

Please try using another Camera application, like Open Camera:

if AF is still locked, i suggest you a factory reset (backup your personal data first)

settings/backup & reset - factory data reset

 

then check if AF is working or not, if not and you are still under warranty, give Acer support service a call.
