I have a brand new TC220 desktop computer and I am puzzled because the computer decides to shut down without any warning and the blue  light stays on making it appear that it is still working but sends no info to my screen, I wait a few minutes and then press the start button which shuts down the computer then restart, sign in, and then it sends me back to where I was working before. the computer sits out in the open with lots of air circulation and when it shuts down I am just surfing the net.

I have set the comuter to never shut down and never sleep and have it set to a balanced power setting.

Any help is welcome.

    Hi Mike,

Is this happening when you're using the PC? Or when you're not using it.

If it's happening while you're watching a video or reading, you may want to check the advanced power settings and make sure something like the "Turn off display after" or "Turn off hard disk after" are not set to something strange.
