New windows 10 laptop just hangs at bootup

Only just got this ES15 laptop, all I've done is load MS office 2013, Kaspesky internet security & Malwarebytes, setup two profiles and transfererd some favorites. It just sits there doing nothing.

 

Emailed tec support, go to Acer care Center and do a full recovery was the answer OK if I could open it, I've got a desktop with Icon's but nothing works, been loading now for two hours!!!!!!!!

 

Its a birthday present for my Grandson so time is tight, his birthday is Wednesday.

 

Any idea's?

long press power button to shut it down, at next boot press Alt+F10 and reset windows.

So it start agian, but a least its progress.
