Acer switch 10 with win 8.1: Tried to get rid of my recovery partition to free up space, in the process got BSOD..oops

Computer would not reboot.  Restarted...F2, made sure my USB was first boot option. Shut down, inserted recovery USB, restarted.. F12, went through select options.... 1. keyboard, 2. troubleshoot, 3. reset your computer, 4. target OS  windows 8.1 (only option),  went into reset PC, tapped next, selected "Yes, repartition the drives", selected " Just remove my files", then selected Reset on the all ready to go screen.  Resetting started.   It runs to 45% and stops producing a new screen   " A configuration change was requested to clear this computer"s TPM.  Warning: Clearing erases information stored on the TPM. You will lose all created keys and access to data encrypted by these keys"  HELP...The only saving graces is that I recently optained this computer and have been using it to learn my way around the new windows layout (been a long time Win 7 user) before I convert to windows 10. As a result I really don't have anything I can't afford to lose on it.

    Solved problem

When I was in BIOS section, none of the items in the Security section would allow me to make any changes. When I hit enter, a screen opened to enter a Supervisor password (everything else I had tried failed so why not) entered a password and lo and behold I now had access to the other items on the Security page. Scrolled down to TPM, clicked on "clear" screen changed and I was in setup just like the first time I turned on the computer. And to top it off, didn't even have the USB in. Apparently, it was able to access the Recovery partition even though just prior to the BSOD that partition was listed as "unallocated".  thanks for your attempt at helping me.

click OK on TPM clear request, don't worry.

    I'm not an Acer employee.

Only choice I get is  yes or no. Tried both and all it does is recycle back to the select keyboard language and I am back to requesting recovery again.  Been through this sequence of it recycling at least 10 times.
