Hi I just had a second fault on my x34
the call centre of acer asked me to ship it to a dealer in Guernsey Channel Islands for repair,
last time I did this I paid dhl got it shipped over and got my refund within 30dsys,
now I've just sent the waybill and receipt and do wine from acer has emailed me to say sorry but we cannot refund shipping charges on items outside mainland uk?
so now I'm pretty angry about this especially ad I've paid to ship a faulty unit in warranty. Under 4mnths old..
land then been told there not going to reimburse me.
anyone here who can share some advise before I go down the legal route please contact me please.
