Iconia Tab B3 A10 sound fluctuation

hello.

 

i have an audio problem on my brand new B3 A10 tablet. Theres a very annoying fluctuation of sound when i watch live stream videos or play games on my device. Sometimes i almost can hear anything and in the next moment it gets very loud. Its just so annoying. When i watch youtube videos for example, the sound is absolutely ok for most of the time. Therefore i think its a software problem. When i use headphones or external speakers, the sound is also alright. Is there anything i can do before i send my device for repair? I already made several factory resets which didn't work. Thank you.

Is it only with the builtin speakers or can you hear fluctuations in headphones as well?

Only the built in speakers, the sound of headphones and external bluetooth speakers is normal.

OK, sounds like it's a problem with the speakers themselves then. Contact Acer support and they should get you fixed up. There is likely either a loose connection or a bad speaker.

I sent my tablet to acer, they didnt find anything and sent it back. The audio problem is still there.
