Google blocks me from listening to downloaded sessions: "Unfortunately Brain Tap has stopped!"

Not all the time but now and then I get aggrivated by this block and message (above) that won't let me into saved downloads of sessions from Dr. Porter. It doesn't matter whether I am in WiFi mode or Airplane mode this still happens! This time for 2 days it will not let me in now!  I know it is Google related because it gives me the option to report it to Google and I have several times but nothing different happens!  The paperwork with my Acer Tablet indicates that Acer and Google are related!  Can any one help me on this to break this from happening please?  Thx!  Patricia

In this case 'Brain Tap' would be the app that's crashing, it's distributed by Google as part of the Play Store, but I don't believe they developed it. The error message can send details about the crash to Google, and Google will coalate those and send them to the app developer, but if the developer doesn't fix it you won't see any change. I'm a little confused though, Brain Tap looks like it's a game, yet it sounds like you are trying to view a video? Do you know what you are atually running when the problem appears?
