How do I log a complaint with ACER?

Hello,

 

I would like to submit my complaint to ACER. I purchaed an ACER Switch 10 on January 23, 2015. As you can see, I purchased it just over a year ago. Not long after the 1 year warranty ran out my ACER stopped working. It will not even turn on. The charging indicator light on the power button does not light up. I have had many other products that last years. One year is ridiculous. I am very disappointed in this product and will not be purchasing from ACER again.

    Hi Aaron,

     

    I'm sorry that you've run into issues after your warranty has run out. Unfortunately, a time for warranties has to be set and obviously a year makes a lot of sense. If there is a true defect in the hardware, it will generally pop up pretty quickly or you eventually run into an issue where the electronics could work for months, years or even a decade or more.
