horizontal glitch on the left portion of the screen/monitor of my laptop

Hello everyone, i'm jean, a newbie here. can anyone please help me how that the laptop i just bought has a horizontal glitch on the top left portion of the screen. it has been replaced but the replaced unit has the same problem as the one i have replaced. what i have now is the third unit after the first one and i had the same problem.

with regards to handling, i make sure i did the right and proper handling.

so if any one there can help me or advice me, i deeply appreciate it.

Welcome to Acer Community, and to figure out your problem, please tell us your Acer Model by looking under/to the side/behind for your product tag, or use Acer's System Information Tool that comes with your laptop. Also, please use a camera and direct it on your screen with your problem, this will help! Thank you for your time.

    the line appear white or any light colore on a dark background and black on a white background. 

    when i do printscreen, it does'nt appear. also it does not stay but it appears suddenly then suddenly disappears at random time.

    I do need more info, such as a image of the monitor displaying this problem, and that would help immensely. However, try reinstalling your latest Acer display driver here: http://www.acer.com/ac/en/US/content/drivers and enter E5-473 into the computer model box. And click the model for Nivida or Intel, depending on what you use, hope this fixes it, thank you!

    the line would appear on random time like a lightning flash as seen in the photo, and then disappear suddenly. as for the little square, it only appears when i was doing charts on microsoft powerpoint.

    Sorry, I keep forgetting to reply, anyways, here are your options:

    A. Obtain your graphics driver from "http://www.acer.com/ac/en/US/content/drivers" , and then once you installed it in your computer, go to device manager and uninstall the driver software COMPLETELY, and lastly, run the file with said graphics driver.

    If above does not work then...

    B. Call Acer support for troubleshooting/repairs, maybe it's a monitor problem than a software problem. 

    Or, if you don't want to call and want to see if reinstalling the OS will fix it, then....

    C. Reinstall the OS. However, this step will take HOURS to complete, so I highly suggest you call Customer Support than reinstalling the OS.
