I have a new Iconia One 10 that will not stay connected to the Internet

This is the second replacement that Acer has sent to me with the same problem.  I have reset the router, turned off my tablet turned off the wifi many times.  The triangle that indicates wifi connection at right hand top corner never shows lines it only shows arrows for a few seconds and then blanks out again.  The arrows alternate up and down going black when active?  Every other device has lines that go from small to large (bottom to top) indicating wifi connection signal strength.  This tablet has only ever indicated with arrows.

    Have you tried at a local internet hotspot to see if you have the same result? Without testing it on another network, it is difficult to tell if the problem is with the network configuration, or a hardware problem with the product.

    Thank you for your reply.  One of the things I did was to update my router and that solved a lot of my issues.  I also took my tablet into a BestBuy and spent some time with a technican who explained what the arrows in the pie icon were for and using their internet was able to download Acer updates and update my apps.
