I have an Acer Laptop Model 5745 with Blu-Ray DVDRW, recently it crashed and I had to reinstall everything.  It really ran slow afterwords, then I got a popup window asking if I wanted to install my anytime Windows-10 Upgrade.  The popup window said my system is compatible; so I said yes.  Now the blu-ray doesn't play DVDs properly I'm in the process of upgrading my drivers and cannot find windows drivers for my model.  I need help.  Capt-Jack

Not a drivers issue, Microsoft decided to no longer spend the bucks for a DVD decoding license. They figure most users use a third party app for playback and it allows them to offer the OS cheaper (or make more profit on each sale ... you guess which). There are many programs for playing DVDs and Blu-Rays, just pick your favorite.
