I have Acer V 11 series touch model laptop. When updated windows 10, the touch pad disabled. I tired to reinstall driwers but it shown IRQ problem and doesn't work anymore.

Anyone can help me to resolve this problem?

In Device Manager under Human Interface Devices, does the 12c HID Device have an exclamation mark?

Click on Update Driver > Browse my computer for driver software > Let me pick from a list of device drivers on my computer >Intel I2C Controller and click it to install.

    Hello

    Thank you for your info.

But yes it is also IC2 and changed to INTEL

But problem not really solved until changed the touch pad driver to HID COMPLIANT MOUCE under the "Mice and Other Pointing Device"

    Now touch pad working vell.

    Thanks a lot
