After starting computer I can not start Acer portal because I get the message 'Please connect to Revo One'. How do I have to do?

    We're sorry for any inconvenience caused to you. Acer Portal wasn’t affected by Revo One after we tested.

    If your Acer Portal can’t use, please refer to steps below to fix the issue:

    1. Go to [Control Panel\Programs\Programs and Features] and uninstall [Acer Portal] and [AOP Framework].
    2. Please download and install [Acer Portal] on Windows PC from Acer BYOC Apps website
