X34 Predator Warranty discrepancy

Hi,

 

I was looking for OFFICIAL clarification ot what the warranty is for the X34 Predator in the UK.

 

Most (all?) retails seem to be saying 2 years, however the press release for the monitor says 3 years parts and labor. So is it three years or are the UK customer being short changed compared to the US customers?.

You'll want to review the warranty documentation that comes with your device. That's the point of truth.

 

It appears that you're in the UK, and the press release you're linking to is for US products. I understand it can cause a bit of confusion but warranties do vary by regions based on a number of factors.

thanks for replying, i've done some reading and it seems i'm covered thanks to EU/UK law for a much greater period anyway.
