I'm having trouble connecting my wi-fi to my acer b1-810 tablet.

I contacted Rogers and after checking they said that my wi-fi is up and working.  I'm wondering if it now is the fault of my tablet.  I got it in December and have had no problem until now.

First and easiest step is to move the tablet right next to the router to see if it connects. If it does the problem is likely a loose antenna cable. If that doesn't help try removing the network, forgetting the password. Try to see if it will then connect as if to a new network. If neither of those work check to see if it will recognise and connect to a different network, like a public wifi. Last resort that I can think of is to do a full reset of the tablet, though make sure you back up your data first.
