Mine is Aspire Switch 10, SW5-012 tablet. I had a problem of Black screen no sound

I have Aspire Switch 10, SW5 - 012.

Suddenly from few days ago, screen gone to black and no sound means completely non-responsive.

I've tried the most recommendation listed ;

1. Remove AC adapter : but no power LED on ( is it normal? I can't remember...)

2. Connect AC adapter - LED is blue, push power SW a minute, also with volume down sw  

3. Intensity higher

4. Connect HDMI to an external screen

5. Finally replace the battery

All trials above did not fix the problem. Could you give me other suggestion and the probable problem?

Seems like you have tried most of the common troubleshooting tips we would recommend. I suspect a problem with the mainboard and recommend contacting technical support in your region to inquire about repair options.
