Windows 10 pre login screen photos

I have an Aspire V17 nitro Black, with Windows 10. When the computer first turns on, it displays a beautiful background photo with the option to like or not like. Clicking on the photo, then opens the standard windows 10 login screen. I have not found any indication if the photo comes from Acer, Microsoft or some other company. The same photo will be displayed a few times the computor is turned on or wakes up, then it will change to a new photo.

The scenery photos often intrique me and I would like to track down more information about the photos, their locations and what company is supplying them. I am also curious as to what program can display photos before I even log in.
