NVME support VN7-591G

Hello,

Does anyone know if the V15 nitro 591G  has support for NVME M.2 SSDs?

I see that the port itself is an M keyed one, thus I would be able to put in an NVME SSD like the Samsung 950 pro. I want to know if actually the motherboard will support the NVME protocol or it will support just the SATA protocol.

I know that the 592G has support for NVME but I don't find any information about this issue for the 591G.

I would like to get a bigger SSD but it would not worth to spend the extra money for an NVME capable one, if the notebook does not support it.

Thank you in advance.

It should work. I got a 960 series working in a v15 591g. The win 10 install must be a uefi install or the bios will not see it or you will get a error when trying to install windows.

    Dear dezmond !

How you managed to set SSD NVMe?
What settings made in BIOS? I ask to make a menu photo BIOS.
I ask to report a disk installation procedure.
