Acer liquid Z530 Quick Mode Not Exiting Please Help

Hi All
The quick mode application that came in preinstalled with the device is not exiting.Once I enter the quick mode it is simply not possible to exit from the app.I tried to exit from the app by clicking on the settings icon i.e. the gear like icon and clicking exit but it's not working. I even tried setting a password the default is 1111 and then tried to exit from it but it's not working. Ever time I am switching between the modes the brightness level of the display is automatically set to the full.Its hurting my eyes .Only way is to factory reset to exit but it's not a solution. How do I get rid of this malfunctioning application completely or exit from it the proper way. Why is Acer giving JUNK PRELOADED APPS to it's customers. PLEASE HELP PLEASE SUGGEST WHAT TO DO. It's my new phone.

at the moment the only solution is a factory reset.

Thanks for your reply. But factory reset won't remove the application completely. It is inbuilt with the recovery mode ,ever time you do a factory reset it will again come back. Is there a way I can remove it permanently for ever from my phone? Is it feasible to do a factory reset just to get out of an App. I have heard that doing a factory reset frequently will damage the phone. I already did factory reset 4 times in 2 months in order to exit from this app. Is there a way I can report bug to Acer.

About Quick Access, i don't remember if you can disable it under settings/Apps - swipe to ALL tab, search Quick accessa - tap it and look if Disable is available.

if not, you can't disable or even uninstall it.

Tried that already settings - apps - all tab -tried to disable it from there but it again comes back like a faithful dog. I wonder how a brand like Acer would give a preinstalled app that is full of bugs and doesn't work without even testing the app
