Keyboard doesn't recognize long typing

Hi,
I've a strange problem with my new ASPIRE NITRO V15 with W10.
When i keeps clicked for some seconds a button, the notebook recognize only the first input (ie. i click 'a' for 5 seconds only one 'a' is accepted)

It's very annoying because i can't use the rows for moving in the text, read a page or delete a simple word.

Why? 

I haven't problems with the battery

Resetting battery solves certain keyboard issues:

1. Some keys don't work
2. The keyboard no longer works

Have you recently updated to Windows 10?

In this case, have you installed all the driver updates?
