Factory Restore

I have an Aspire 5336 and need to create a restore disc to set my machine back to factory settings. While upgrading to Windows 10, I allowed my machine to lose power. My laptop is now not functioning at all and I need to get it back to Windows 7 Home Prem OA so that I can attempt to upgrade to Windows 10 again.

Can someone please direct me to where I can find a download of a factory image.

Thank you.

Under the 'Drivers and Manuals' when selecting the Operating System there is 'no result' listed.

Try to press ALT+F10 at boot, if it's now working, check on BIOS pressing F2 at boot, if D2D support is enabled.

if it's disabled, enable it the press F10, save and exit.

    Try again ALT+F10 at boot.

if it's not working....you need to buy Acer recovery media:

    Acer recovery media
if you are in the US you can buy it:
    https://store.acer.com/en-us/extended/recovery/

if you are outside the US, you must call/email your regional Acer support service:

    I'm not an Acer employee.
