Acer v3-111p-p16l Freezing

I have owned the Acer v3-111p-p16l for over a year and have comfortably ran Windows 8.1  64 bit from purchase . On purchase I replaced the HDD with an SSD and madea fresh install .

 

This week I have made the upgrade to Windows 10 X64 Home. Since upgrade ( 3-4days) The laptop has freezed up ( screen on , frozen image, not reacting to imput) not even the cursour moves . This happens at least once a day , and the only way to resolve is to Long press the power and turn off

 

It has the latest drivers ( Courtesty of Driver Navigator) and latest Windows updates

 

I have read his is a bug with Acer V3/V5 machines

 

Any suggestions or fixes would be welcome here
