We are the new owners of both a Z4/Z160 and a Z140.

The only issue we were not able to sort out on our own was the registering of these phones on the Web. Although it seemed to accept the serial number and purchase date of the Z4/Z160, it never appeared under "Our Products" as it should have. Then when trying to register the Z140, it would not accept purchase date of Dec 24. I chatted with Customer Support and they were able to register the Z140 for us. It now appears on the web page correctly.

I tried again to register the Z4/Z160, but it said it was "already registered", but still didn't appear on the web page with the Z140. I then phoned Acer and they asked for the POP and said they would register it for me. I will check tomorrow to see if it appears below the Z140 on the web page.

There are SO MANY features and settings to be made on these devices !

Hopefully we will have most of them tailored to our liking soon. e.g. I didn't know there were TWO settings on the Z140 that had to reflect that it should put photos on the SD card: I bet many people think their card is defective if they didn't set BOTH to SD intead of Internal !

We also have to discover why the Z140 Audio reverts to "meeting:silent" from "General": is it an icon we are accidentally touching ?  We could miss phone calls that way !
