Aspire R 14

My Aspire R 14 wouldn't start and after using power button to try to reset I called Acer service and was told to send the laptop to them.  The Rep asked me if there was a pin hole near the power button.  I said no.  Later I spotted a pin hole on the bottom of the laptop and pushed it. Voila, it reset my laptop.  In all my search of the web, I never saw this fix mentioned and had trouble dnloading manual.

    Glad you were able to get your problem resolved. We actually have content and a video around this. I will work on making it easier to find and more visible for other users.

    I received an R14 in January and today the screen was black and only came back on by turning it off.  I'm wondering if this is something to be concered about..I tried calling Cust Svc number twice..no answer..it rang 9 minutes then 12 minutes.  Right now I'm not impressed with customer svc...I tried a live chat also and no one ever connected..are there limited hours for support?
