Brand new Iconia One B3-A20 screen capture crashes system.

When 3 finger screen capture is used the image is saved as a file in screen shots directory under the pictures directory.

The saved file is a .pnp type.

The problem occurres when reviewing the screen capture through the picture gallery.

On opening the file the screen goes black and locks for quite some time before recovery.

Very unnerving!

Any one else seeing this?

i never used 3 fingers to do a screen capture but the standard power button + volume down

    is this a default application?

I believe it is a genuine Acer app.

It is called EZsnap and is preinstalled on the system.

It is very handy and allows you to crop image before naming the .pnp file.

It is only when reviewing the screenshots you get the black screen lockup.

I know this is a old thread but I crash when viewing screen shots via gallery. Has there been a fix for this. My system is currently up to date.
