My Acer Aspire S7 393 cannot connect to wireless network.

Hi. Please help me to fix this problem.

my laptop, detects available networks, but when It I enter the password, it says " we cannot connect to this network". I thought maybe something is wrong with my antivirus, firewall or something, so I used external modem to connect. It worked eaily. Then I ran adapter diagnistic tool and it found this probem: " there is no preferred network"!

i can also suggest to upgrade to windows 10, your laptop deserves it.

Hi, thanks for your reply. I cannot connect to the network. My problem is not setting the priorities of the networks. Is this resolve my connection issue?

please check if your wireless network is set as first preferred.

Hi, thanks again for your reply. I tried to set the network preferrence as you said in Win 8, when I entered netsh show order: it says the list empty! so, I upgraded to win 10, the problem is still there. please tell me what to do?

I alo asked acer team to help, they compeletly overlooked my question!
