XF240H

I own what appears to be a ghost model. No reviews what so ever, not a single thread to point flaws or anything else.

For starters, good colors after calibration, pretty bright, has FS and 144Hz. But this concludes it's good sides.

My Overdrive is grayed out once windows has booted, and I am surely that this is an inherited problem (I've read somewhere that XB270HU suffered from this), and the most important, I have a lot of banding in black to gray gradients (spectrums of light are the most visible, but also areas that present progressive darkness).

Some ghosting in texts. Also I cannot check my firmware; whenever I press the empowering button along with the power button, all I get is the OSD in the opposite corner of the screen and the game mode enabled.

I need some light please, and may this be the first (rudimentary) review of this elusive to allmost non-existant display.

I want to know if the overdrive issue can be solved, and how.

    I have XF240H too.

No overdrive when using DisplayPort cable.

Is there a new firmware for this monitor and how can i solve this issue.

The only problem with mine is the led brightness on the sides. It can hurt my eyes cause it is very bright. : / I don't know if I should write to the service about it or it's common.
