I am very disappointed in ACER products and service

I purchased a tablet, and not even a year later, I had to send the tablet back to acer, and the only reason why i didn't have to pay for it to be delivered back to them is because I complained.  Acer had my tablet for nearly a month, and wheI got it back, it was still giving the same problem.  Of course it is now out of warranty and to get it fixed, it will cost me after I spent nearly $200 for the tablet which is not worth the amount of money spent.  I will NEVER again purchase an ACER product!!!
