Acer Models AZ3-603 And Acer V5-572 I have had some pretty serious problems with both of these

Ok, I'm not sure what to do anymore, I just bought one of these computers in April Of last year and only got to be on it 1 (one) Time since i bought it. It has a black screen and no matter what I do I can not even get the acer logo to come up. It is acting more like a server than anything. The fan comes on the power light comes on and runs continuiously I am at my ends whit with it. and to only get on it one time, it has not ran since then and i've tried everything nothing works, the laptop did the same thing. I trouble shot the hole thing and nothing no fan the key board lights come on thats it and the stays on getting the keyboard hot. Can anyone please help me out???

Sounds like both need a repair at the depot.
