my keyboard dock won't reconnect to my acer switch 10 e SW5-013.

if i turn on my computer from shutdown, it will be just fine. but as soon as i disconnect the keyboard and put it back in, it may not connect. the dock area is perfectly clean, as i only had it for a few days now. sometimes, if im lucky, it will reconnect to the keyboard. if not, then i have to restart the computer with the dock in, and then it will only work until i take it out again. i have gone into device manager and see that the device driver the keyboard is called, usb composite device, when reconnected and not functioning, it will read as an error, saying the driver did not install properly. i have updated drivers for the keyboard.

    Which version of bios do you have?

    sorry i have figured that out by going into msinfo 32. the version is 1.09. and yes, it is SW3 and not SW5

    If that doesn't work, I suggest you to contact your Acer support as your Switch10e is under warranty.
