Veriton M480G Memory upgrade issues

Hi,

 

I have a Acer Veriton M480G computer with a Intel Q8300 Processor and a Intel G43 Express chipset.

The computer was shipped with a 2GB memory module (DDR3 Samsung M378B5673EH1 ) which works perfectly.

I've bought:

2 sticks of 2GB G.SKILL Memory (DDR3 F3-10600CL9D-4GBNS).

2 sticks of 2GB Transcend DDR3 1333

 

Unfortunately whenever I plug one of theses sticks the computer does not boot anymore and doesn't make any noise.

I've tried several confuguration, such as only one stick, up to four sticks, with or without the original module.

I've updated the bios to the latest version

I can't find any explanation into Acer's manual

 

Can you help me?

Hello,

 

That means your new memory modules are not compatible.

1. Could you give me the first ten characters of the computer serial number (S/N)? Only the first ten.

2. I suggest you these compatible memory modules (see A-DATA attachment)
3. Here are the original memory modules:
