ACER Acer Iconia One 7 screen flickering all the time help

    You can try a hard reset (volume up & power for 30 sec).  If it is still flickering during its boot-up process, then I think its a hardware issue unfortunately

     

    I bought two of these for my kids for Christmas and ended up gifting only one.  Thankfully I still had the other because the first one had a bubble in the screen.  I think these are very cheaply made; what do you expect for $90, is kind of sad really.

     

    If the hard reset doesn't fix it, then I think you'll have to exchange it.
