Hi all.

 

Soss to keep being a nuisance, but I am soooo very new to this tabby lark.

 

Set up an email account with gmail. cannot get anywhere with this thing, keeps asking me to redeem something. also have to have a microsoft a/c for other things, and get nowhere with this.

 

Puzzled. Any assistance available out there please?

I think we're going to have to know which tablet you have, and perhaps which OS build it is running. Office 365 is going to require a Microsoft account, the Google Play Store is going to require a Google accoount. Both accounts can be created with any email, not just a gmail, but both accountsdo need to exist.

Hi, Thank You for posting here. We could definitely help, Provided we may require more information on the issue, could you please let us know if you already have a google account(Gmail). Also let us know if you have completed the Initial setup.

many thanks for your reply. i know my stuff is the simple baby inquiries, but it is all new to me!

 

Got a gmail address, thought i had set a password (done on another machine) but get nowhere. Have bben sent two number codes that the system cannot recognise.

I need to download 26 books, 41 documents, 4 test papers, and 5 albums, that will be my internet time finished with...except maybe for trying to load Office 365 from my Acer laptop to my Acer tablet.

 

It is all fun, but there are so many accounts that I have to set up! But I am enjoying the learning side.
