I am getting the following error when trying to login to Netflix.

 

"Please make sure your device has nework connectivity and the Date and Time settings are accurate. (-3)"

 

I have used Netflix on this device for nine months without any issues and suddenly this error occured.

The device is connected to my network and to the inernet (no issues with any other websites)

The Date & Time are set accurately.

 

Other devices in my household - Samsung tablet, Nexus tablet, iPhone, Android phone all connect to Netflix without issues.

I have reset the Acer back to factory settings and re-installed my Apps - still get same error on Netflix login.

 

Any ideas anyone??

    Have you already contacted Netflix customer support?

    I have the same problem, there was an update to Netflix on 10th March 16. Have you tried uninstalling update? If so and it still doesn't work the Netflix site tells you to clear data, uninstall and reinstall, if still not working they suggest resetting modem. After that you need to contact ISP for a DNS flush and proxy check! After over an hour on webchat with 5 different people, still not resolved. Other devices in house that I haven't updated are fine, just Acer.
