x34 Predator - Cannot set windows 10 to 100hz?

Hello!

Just got my X34.  While running games in full screen mode i am able to utilize the 100hz overclock.

HOWEVER, like most other gamers, i like to run in windowed full screen mode so i dont have to tab out/minimize the game everytime i want to do something outside the game.

While running in windowed full screen mode my monitor is reporting that its running at 60hz.

When I go into the Nvida Control Panel>Change Reso.ution and attempt to change the default to 100hz from 60hz nothing happens when i hit apply.  No matter what I do, i cannot get this setting to actually be set to 100hz.  It always goes back to 60hz.
