[Help] - Virtualization Techonologie - BIOS Update

Hello all,
I'm using

• Acer Aspire E1-470 3321....Dnkk
• My laptop running Windows 10 64 bits
• UEFI-GPT

Some programs, e.g Droid4x, tells me to enable VT. But I can't find in BIOS option

I wanna update BIOS but the one in Acer support homepage is too old.

Do I need upgrading BIOS ? 

Does it help solving my problem ?

and How to flash BIOS safety ?
