Acer Z3-615 System hangs

Hi,

While im in the mood to ask for help. Ever since i bought my machine in May and started to install software one at a time. I have had this issue from day one. I get no error messages but if i open say a web browser then quickly go to open emails i get an hour glass and i litrally have to sit an wait as the system hangs and i suppose is waitng to catch up?

 

I do Defrag and Error check often. Empty recycle bin but i do often have a hanging system. I do, do photo editing and even within this hour glass appears and i must sit and wait?

 

Anyone expeirenced this and can advise where i can look to even start to solve this problem?

Brooksy, honestly?

since you are still in warranty, i would call Acer support service and have your Z3 serviced.

 

this kind of hangs can be related to a lot of things, not easy to narrow them.
