Does the Acer Aspire V Nitro VN7-792G-709L come with an Intel Realsense camera?  I'm looking for a 17" Skylake based laptop with an Intel Realsense camera and 4K display.  An article back in September read:

"Compared to the Broadwell and Haswell versions, the new Nitros get Skylake hardware and DDR4 RAM, faster Wireless connectivity, a slight exterior redesign (the lid is covered with a metallic sheet now), more screen choices (including the UHD wide-gamut options for both the 15 and the 17-incher) and an USB 3.1 gen2 port with Thunderbolt 3 support. The Nitro Blacks also get faster PCIe 3rd gen storage options and an optional Intel RealSense webcam will also be available for them from December."

It's now December and I can't tell which models have Realsense camera's and which ones don't. They just say "Webcam YES". The Acer Aspire V Nitro VN7-792G-709L stands out because of price.  It is $400 more than the similiarly equiped VN7-792G-752J with the only obvious diference being a 512 GB SSD instead of a 256 GB SSD.  The larger hard drive alone can't possibly account for the $400 difference in price making me wonder if this is the model I'm looking for.

Can anyone confirm if the Aspire V Nitro VN7-792G-709L does come with a Realsense camera or if not then an update on the ETA of when Skylake based systems with RealSense will be available?

    NitroRS,

What I can see is that the Realsense camera is an option on the Black Edition Nitros, VN7-*92G series in the beginning of 2016.

Thanks for the update!  It is greatly appreciated!  I will be patient and wait a little longer.

I am suprised that the VN7-792G-709L does not have a Realsense camera.  The price of $400 more than the similiarly equiped VN7-792G-752J with the only obvious diference being a 512 GB SSD instead of a 256 GB SSD doesn't seem right.  I can buy a Samsung SSD 850 EVO M.2 500GB for under $200 dollars (www.samsung.com/us/computer/memory-storage/MZ-N5E500BW).  I don't understand why anyone would pay $400 to just move up from a 256 GB to a 512 GB SSD.   Buy it without a SSD and intall it youself and save a couple of hundred dollars.

If you get any additional updates on the arrival of the Realsense models an update to this posting would be welcomed.
