XG270HU screen issues

is anyone else having bad luck with this monitor?  i purchased it mid august; i had to send that one back soon as it arrived due to dead pixels in the middle of the screen and glowing white pressure marks.  the store sent me a replacement.  that one worked about a month then pixels started freaking out and i had multiple pressure marks that kept growing.  i sent it to acer since it was past the 30 day coverage fro the store.  acer expected me to cover the nearly 50$ shipping.  during this time it was next to impossible to get any updated information of the status of the repair or the expected repair time.  about all i could get out of the acer tech support team was "im sorry you are having this issue.  if there was something i could do i would."  that seems to be thier response to every question i had.  they had it for nearly a month and i finally got it back today.  no dead pixels but there is a large pressure mark in the lower right.  im not sure what to do, but im definitely not sending it away for another month.  its hard to put it into words how frustrating this entire experience has been.  i assumed that spending the extra money for a flagship model monitor would provide me a fully functional product but acer is 0-3...

    Sorry to hear you are having issues with this monitor, especially after a repair. I see that they replaced the LCD when it was in for repair, would you be able to send me a private message with the case number and some pictures of the screen with this issue so I can look into this for you?
