Problem with audio jack

I have noticed that by using headphones connected to the audio jack, I can hear only from the one side. This is only happening during the last days, I have tested several headphones and the problem remains in both Windows and ubuntu linux, so unfontunately its a hardware/audio jack problem. Any ideas on how this problem appeared? How to solve it? It's an Acer Aspire E5-571-39B5, which I bought on July 2015.

I will not try to open the case and see if any audio cables have been disconnected, as I still have about 8 months of warantee, which will be the last resort in the case I can't fix this.

Thanks.

I am extremely careful about this laptop, it has never been dropped, or have any type of misuse.

probably one of the internal jack leaf got stuck and can't touch the headphone jack.

    is audio working on speakers?

if so, the only solution is to contact Acer support service.

    I'm not an Acer employee.
