Iconia w3 network adapter driver

I restored the tablet to factory settings with a disk from Acer and now it wont find the driver for the network adapter.  I can't connect to internet without it....any ideas

    select your operating system and download the drivers package, then install it.

    After bad experience trying to upgrade to Windows 10, we used Acer Recovery disk to restore to factory settings with Windows 8.0. Now it says we need driver for network adapter to connect to internet. We downloaded the driver from the link you gave below onto a USB thumb drive. Now we can't figure out how to make it install onto the Acer Iconia W3. Can you help? Thanks.

    Was the driver an exe file or a zip? If the former you just need to double click on it and it should install. If the latter you will need to extract the zip, then run setup.exe.
