Aspire 5830TG. Since downloading Windows 10, though that may be a coincident, have lost the pound sign which now prints #, the " and @ which have now swopped function. As far as I can tell no other keys have changed function.

Any ideas please

It is not a coincident, especially since Acer has no support for Windows 10 for this laptop.

The first thing I would try is go to (Windows key+x) Device Manager, double click on Keyboards and Standard ps/2 keyboard, select driver and Roll back to previous driver.Don't work, go there again and uninstall, reboot and let Windows reinstall the driver.

If that doesn't work, change your Windows Update to other windows products, run it and see if update finds a driver.
