When I tried upload my system to Windows 10 some errors occured, which I couldn't solve on my own (every time i did sth to repair one, next time the other one occured), so I decided to do the system recovery, to get rid of all the errors and unusefull date. I wanted to have it clear.

But it failed, it shows that there are not any recovery files on my disc, but when I bought this device I got nothing except the password to my system (no CD/USB drive with system).

What alse can I do?

    Dear Patrycja,

I think you should try to perform Recovery on your unit.

First thing is to start up the unit > go inside BIOS (I guess it's F2 under boot in this model) > check that D2D Recover option is enabled > restart the unit > press ALT + F10 under BOOT > proceed with Recovery management.

Please try this solution and let me know if that fixes your issue,

PS. Let me know which model you have (if it's SW5-011 or SW5-171 etc.)

    Best Regards,

    Karol,

Some models come with recovery on the SSD instead of as disks. You are expected to then create disks using the Acer recovery software. When you install Windows 10 the recovery partition is removed in order to make room for the new OS. If you haven't created the disks first you have to purchase them from Acer if you need to go back to the original OS.

When I try to do this recovery - it doesn't work, system asks me to insert the drive with system (which I never had), and I even can't open BIOS.

I never installed Windows 10, cause there were lots of mistakes before installing.
