Acer One 10 Keyboard Docking Firmware

Hi all,

I have a problem with my keyboard docking. After I upgraded my notebook into Windows 10, the keyboard docking seems like out of wattage so the docking will removed from my hardware and then inserted again. Just like this several times. The problem disappear when I charge the notebook.

I have tried several trick and lately, I accidentally flash the updated firmware from Acer Switch 10. It broked my keyboard docking down. The harddisk cannot be accessed and the keyboard layout now shuffled.

I want to reflash the keyboard docking firmware with the old one but I cannot find everywhere. From the log file, the old firmware called FW Version: WCBT1011 1.03.00.

So, can I get the firmware (or updated one) from any place?

Nope mr ironfly, it is Acer one 10 s100x. I accidentally flash the Acer Switch 10 - SW5 patch into my S100X keyboard docking and it ruined everything..

i can't find anything too, the only solution is to contact Acer support service.

I make the same mistake with acer aspire witch 11. I install keyboard firmware to switch 10 and my keyboard in dock stoped working. How do they solve your problem?

My problem is not solved yet. The only way I found to solve the problem is to send my unit back to Acer service center. Fortunately, I still have my warranty. But until now I'm not sending my unit back yet because I still using it and still hoping there is a way to solve instead of repair it in service center.
