If the USB 2.0 device is incompatible with USB 3.0 plugging into USB 2.0 port can solve the problem

I brought Logitech webcam C270 for my personal work, i have connected the webcam in USB 2.0 port with Black tongue in Acer E5-572-36UY, but the web cam is not working, while trouble shooting i saw this below error

Logitech USB Camera (HD Webcam C270) can’t work properly with USB 3.0. Not fixed

If the USB 2.0 device is incompatible with USB 3.0, plugging it into a USB 2.0 port can solve the problem.

Logitech USB Camera (HD Webcam C270) is an older USB device and might not work with USB 3.0 Informational Some USB 2.0 devices are incompatible with USB 3.0. Plugging them into a USB 2.0 port can fix the problem.

 

Please help me to resolve this issue. i am fade up with this isse for past 2 weeks.

Note: the webcam is connected in the USB2.0 port with black tongue, on the righthand side of the laptop.

Is there any way you can go to device manger and uninstall/delete the driver, and then use the latest driver from logitech to see if it works?
