Windows 10 Audio Driver MADNESS (Acer Aspire s7-191)

I created an account on this forum after months of struggling on and off with the audio on my laptop since updating to windows 10 (really since updating to windows 8.1).

My problem was that the Dolby Home Theater v4 would keep shutting itself off after audio was stopped, so i had to manually turn it back on every time that I started new audio.

I have since tried uninstalling Realtek as many recommended, only to find today that I am unable to reinstall Realtek! Every time I run through the setup wizard it gives me the Realtek failed to install Error code 0xE0000246.

I have no idea how to fix this and am running out of patience with looking on youtube and random google results that don't exactly apply to my situation...please please, I desperately need to fix this problem.

Thank you.
