where can I find the oem software setup installation file for windows 7 pro?

Dear Acer,

 

I had ACER TravelMate 5740 laptop with installed Windows 7 Pro. The laptop was stolen. I contacted Microsoft about the reinstallation it on a new laptop, for downloading the setup file, a they sent me to contact you, because the laptop has preinstalled OS or an OEM software, not an retail software, therefore Microsoft can't give me the setup file. The setup file can be only secured from the manufacturer of the laptop. So, I ask you if you can give me the download link for windows 7 Pro setup file.

We would be able to provide recovery media software, not individual files from the software itself, but you would need to contact the Acer technical support in your area for available options.
